I have read your statement on the murders of US citizens in Minnesota by ICE. Respectfully, ICE is the most heavily funded law enforcement agency in our country. More funding will not fix the problem. When rot occurs in a barrel of apples, the rot must be discarded. So it must be with ICE. I would also like to note that you mentioned being, “appalled”. What is appalling is that you cannot even find it in yourself to say the names of Renee Good and Alex Pretti – US citizens who committed no crime and were executed by an incompetent rogue state police force. Vague statements and half-measures by elected officials fail to recognize the severity of this moment in our nation. I urge you to take action to defund ICE and protect the citizens of this nation so that your career does not end in complicity.
