7/20/2022 U.S. Department of Justice U.S Federal Bureau of Investigation U.S. Attorneys General, et al To whom it may concern, I am reaching out to you because the United States government and the Department of Justice, who maintain our system of checks and balances, has allowed many of its citizens to willingly participate in a genocide with the Israeli Defense Forces since October 2023. I am including footnotes with references to all of the facts I provide as a testimony that this matter is very real, current, and is causing many Americans to live in fear today. It is not in my own interest, but in the interest of democracy and freedom for all, that you absolutely must investigate and try any IDF soldiers under probable cause for both participating in war crimes in Gaza and upon the Palestinian state. In addition, consider the implication of involving American soldiers with the Israeli military, and what that can mean for this country. The Hind Rijab Foundation has already called for you to arrest and litigate against US citizen Jake Burkons, who currently stands on soil within your jurisdiction. Many other nations have already begun this process. You equally have jurisdiction to utilize the FBI Attaché in Tel Aviv for this purpose. Those involved with the IDF have begun to rightfully fear prosecution. As you well know, Israeli Minister Ben-Gvir recently cancelled his trip to the United States due to his current pending warrant for arrest in the International Criminal Court. He faces travel bans in many countries. Prime Minister Netanyahu is equally confined to Israel and allied territories with leaders who do not threaten to arrest him, as did Mayor Mamdani of New York City. May other leaders in this nation show equal interest in international justice. You are implicating US soldiers in war crimes and intent to commit a genocide if you allow them to join forces with Israel in what the UN has declared a genocide. Why is the UN case important? Testimony is evidence. This genocide has witnesses. There are real people, boots on the ground, who know what's happening. They will testify. The UN has been present to be sure there are plenty of witnesses, for over 100 years. The UN releasing their report is a green light for individual governments to find probable cause in prosecuting those involved with the IDF forces in Gaza since October 2023 for war crimes. Because the UN calls this a genocide, it means every nation can pursue war crimes charges against IDF soldiers. Netanyahu has an ICC warrant. This means US military or volunteers working alongside the IDF and under Netanyahu's command can also be tried for war crimes. Taking orders from a war criminal makes you a war criminal. The American tax payer is already funding this war outside of their own volition. It is already a step forward to say we are to divest from Israel, but allowing Americans and American military to step on Palestinian soil and aid in a genocide under a war criminal’s guidance is asking too much. As the Department of Justice, it is your duty to intervene before you drag the rest of America any further into this, if not for the sake of liberty and justice for all, then for your own personal interests. You have done this before, you can do it again. You, too, are complicit in these war crimes if you fail to prevent American intertwinement in a genocide on foreign soil.
