I am horrified to hear than ICE has stopped providing medical treatment to people that it has detained. It's appalling that propaganda by Senator Tuberville led to the VA ending its assistance in providing healthcare that ICE was responsible for paying for. With all the money poured into ICE, there is no excuse for them not to prioritize and provide humane conditions for people it is arresting. In America, there should be no arrests without due cause and without due process and protection of human rights including access to legal counsel and no cruel and unusual punishment. ICE is clearly not honoring that and is not acting acceptably as a US agency. You must reign them in, especially at this time as DHS funding is up for renewal. However, you also need to do everything in your power to protect human rights at other times as well, by performing oversight of the facilities where ICE is detaining people and publicizing the conditions for the public to see. I am also appaled at the idea of creating warehouses and ICE viewing the people they are detaining as objects to transport and store, without proper consideration for them as humans. You must not allow the government to continue expanding its centers for detention, which they are treating as concentration camps, as it's only going to embolden the president and his allies to detain criminals but also legal immigrants and then those they perceive as opponents. They have made no secret of their willingness to persecute their opposition. It seems like it can't happen here, but it's already started happening and only you can stop it.
