I am writing to you today to ask for your support on the bi-partisan, bi-cameral bill that Representative Thomas Massie just introduced that is being called the “EPSTEIN TRANSPARENCY ACT II.” The federal government has been in violation of the original Epstein Transparency Act for over 200 days (the deadline to release all Epstein sex-trafficking files being December 19, 2025). The fact that our very own government is breaking the law that was voted in near-unanimously is disastrously shameful. The Department of Justice’s unwillingness to comply and seek indictments for implicated sex-trafficking co-conspirators is a disgraceful miscarriage of the same department’s own namesake. Other nations of the world are working to investigate and prosecute these crimes. It is an utter embarrassment that we must watch other nations seek justice as we sit with our hands tied. I implore you to give the Epstein Transparency Act II your vigorous and full-throated support so that state attorneys general, district attorneys, and members of Congress may take up the duties that the Department of Justice is leaving derelict. Your support of this bill will allow the Epstein Survivors to sue to obtain the full, unredacted records concerning the crimes that were committed against them. This is urgently needed so that the survivors of these heinous crimes can finally get justice and see their abusers face accountability. I hope that you will support this bill, and pursue the matter swiftly in the interest of righting these colossal wrongs.
