According to investigative journalist Emily Sanders of ExxonKnews, Justice Samuel Alito has hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in fossil fuel companies. Important cases are coming up in the Supreme Court regarding the liability of fossil fuel companies for polluting our environment and knowingly causing climate disruption and engaging in disinformation campaigns to attempt to escape accountability. Alito must recuse himself from all such cases. Please take a stand to make that happen.
