Senator Wyden and Representative Warner have both come forward with grave concerns about the CIA's recent activity, without specifying what that activity is. I'm asking you to demand these concerns be made public to the American people. Under the Speech and Debate Clause these congressmembers would be protected from prosecution. If this concern is as significant as we are being led to believe, the American people should know about it.
