Severe funding reductions would force the state to slash eligibility, curtail benefits, and reduce payments to hospitals and nursing homes - limiting access to critical services for Maine's most vulnerable citizens. The proposed budget threatens the health and economic security of tens of thousands of Maine families and seniors and must be firmly rejected.
