We HAVE a criminal justice system - and we HAVE supermax prisons of our own. Shipping people off to another country w no due process, no charges, no indictments, etc. is an outrageous action on the part of the current admin.
It is YOUR responsibility to rein these people in. There ARE things you can do - up to and including filing impeachment charges. Seriously. What they are doing are the very definition of High Crimes and Misdemeanors. No one is above the law - and no one gets to just ignore an order from SCOTUS.
If somebody is accused of whacking a person in the head w a baseball bat - the police arrest them, charge them, indict them, and take them to trial. If found guilty, they get sentenced by an American judge in an American court. THAT is what is outlined in the Constitution.

As a vet - I am embarrased and outraged by this. No, we are NOT are war and they CANNOT invoke some arcane Emergency status just to get his way on this. Make that clear to them.
Do your job. That’s all. Do your job.
For starters - get a list of names. and what they are charged with. Congress is will within their authority to demand that. and then PUBLISH it. Just like happens with ANY accused criminal in this country.
