It is utterly unforgiveable that The Supreme Court has rolled back The Voting Rights Act. The Voting Rights Act must be codified into Federal Law! The Supreme Court must be expanded to include 13 Justices. All Supreme Court Justices must serve terms of no more than 10 to 12 years maximum each.
