Can someone explain why a Russian ship t bones an anchored US Flagged ship isn’t an act of war? The “US-flagged” vessel was “in the North Sea and carrying huge amounts of jet fuel for the US military.” The attack’s aggressor is a Russian captain. Why is this not addressed? This seems like intentional attack on US by Russia.
