Arrest Elon Musk: Reckless Unconstitutional Actions Must be Stopped

To: Pres. Trump, Sen. Moran, Rep. Mann, Sen. Marshall, Rep. Sweely, Gov. Kelly, Sen. Murphy

From: A constituent in Hutchinson, KS

February 25

Elon Musk has proven to be a direct threat to the stability and security of the United States. His reckless control over the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has led to mass firings of critical federal employees, crippling agencies responsible for air travel safety, national security, and food inspection. His unilateral decisions have weakened our infrastructure, disrupted government operations, and left Americans more vulnerable than ever. Musk has shown blatant disregard for the Constitution, treating our government like one of his failing companies. If foreign nationals who undermine national security are considered threats, then Musk fits the definition. His reckless mismanagement should not just cost him his position—it should cost him his right to remain in this country. Congress must act immediately to investigate Musk for crimes against the United States. His actions have jeopardized public safety, disrupted essential government services, and eroded national security. If found guilty of knowingly sabotaging our institutions, he should be stripped of his influence, arrested, and deported. If his reckless leadership is determined to be an act of deliberate harm, then Gitmo is the only appropriate place for him. The United States cannot allow one unqualified, power-hungry billionaire to dismantle the very foundation of our democracy. Arrest Musk, remove him from office, and send a clear message: our government is not for sale. ARREST & DEPORT ELON MUSK!
