When Kristi Noem bragged about shooting a puppy to death, we all knew how she would behave if placed in a position of trust. That's why Trump, himself a proponent of cruelty, nominated Noem for Secretary of Homeland Security, a job for which she is manifestly unfit. In that role Noem has continued her practice of shooting and then blaming the victim, but now with human targets. Remember Renee Good. Remember Jeff Pretti. Calling these two victims of badge-carrying killers "domestic terrorists" and "violent protesters" shows that Noem is morally irredeemable and will be a threat to the public safety as long as she holds office. Noem should be impeached and removed from office.
