I’m writing to say, first, that I support The Robin Hood Act, introduced by Rep. Dan Goldman, which would tax the “borrow” part of the “buy, borrow, die” scheme the rich use to spend without paying taxes on their wealth. Second, I oppose any extension of FISA that doesn’t come with warrant protections. And I absolutely oppose attaching the SAVE Act to it. Finally, I’m angry about the FBI’s raid on the Ohio Organizing Collaborative, a pro-democracy organization that helps register voters in that state. This group has done absolutely nothing wrong. What the FBI is doing is voter intimidation, pure and simple. Has the Congressmember made a statement denouncing it? Have they called on the FBI to back off? If not I’d like the Congressmember to do so right away. Thanks.
