Respectfully, I support a state wide moratorium on AI Data centers. We cannot sustain the electricity or the water (and water generating electricity) as the Rio Grande runs dry. I am a very concerned constituent in Tijeras where several wells have already run dry. These data centers cannot be thrust upon us without informed consent.
