Demand Full Release of Epstein Files, Including All Presidential References

To: Rep. Babin, Sen. Cornyn, Sen. Cruz

From: A constituent in Houston, TX

October 27

Pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act II and demand the complete, unredacted Epstein files, including every reference to the President. The Department of Justice claims it has complied with disclosure requirements, but survivors' advocates and New Mexico's attorney general say otherwise. Jennifer Freeman of Marsh Law is actively litigating against the US government for decades of negligence in investigating and prosecuting Epstein. Spencer Kuvin of Goldlaw put it plainly: "Justice should not have an expiration date, and it certainly should not be dictated by the news cycle." The current EFTA has no enforcement mechanisms. That gap is exactly why the Epstein Files Transparency Act II exists, and it needs to move forward. The President was Epstein's associate. The public has a right to know the full scope of that relationship, and any documents naming him must be part of a complete disclosure. Survivors have fought for decades. The least Congress can do is make sure the truth is not buried in redactions or stalled by a recess calendar.
