An Open Letter

To: Rep. Moolenaar, Sen. Slotkin, Sen. Peters

From: A constituent in Rockford, MI

September 7

Demand Immediate Oversight and Defunding of Executive Self-Promotion I am a voting constituent to express direct outrage regarding the unacceptable misuse of public resources for executive self-promotion across official government platforms. Taxpayer dollars belong strictly to public service, national security, and essential administration—not personal branding or self-congratulatory messaging. Public officials are bound to maintain dignified, duty-focused communications. Converting official state channels into vanity projects degrades the prestige of the office, embarrasses our institutions, and constitutes a blatant waste of public funds. Congress must exercise immediate oversight. Enact strict legislative guardrails and strip funding from any agency or personnel support used to produce or disseminate non-essential executive promotional content. Furthermore, if the President continues to demonstrate an inability to uphold the dignity and duties of the presidency, pursue all appropriate constitutional remedies, including formal removal from office.
