Bring Back Common Sense, Western Values

To: Rep. Auchincloss, Sen. Warren, Sen. Markey

From: A constituent in Mansfield, MA

August 30, 2025

The Democratic liberal progressive ideology is strangling the West with a dogmatic grip, prioritizing utopian fantasies over hard reality. Its obsession with open borders floods nations with unchecked immigration, draining resources and fracturing cultural cohesion. The U.S. Census Bureau projects non-Hispanic whites will be a minority by 2045, and progressives cheer this as "diversity" while ignoring the chaos of unassimilated communities. Their economic policies—crippling taxes and bloated welfare programs—suffocate innovation and reward dependency. Look at California: sky-high taxes and homelessness surging, yet progressives double down on failed redistribution schemes. Their climate hysteria pushes impractical green mandates, like Net Zero, which the International Energy Agency admits could cost $190 trillion globally by 2050, gutting economies for negligible gains. Progressives claim they’re saving the West with inclusivity and equity, but their policies breed division and resentment. They dismiss concerns about crime or cultural erosion as bigotry, alienating the very people they claim to represent. Sure, diversity can spark innovation—Silicon Valley proves it—but without integration, it’s a recipe for tribalism. National debts soar (U.S. at $33 trillion in 2023), yet they push for more spending, blind to fiscal collapse. The West still leads in GDP and innovation, but progressive overreach risks it all. Their ideology isn’t just flawed—it’s a reckless gamble with civilization’s future. Balance isn’t their game; domination is. And the West pays the price.
