One would think that this doesn't need saying, but as your constituent I do not support war crimes and genocide. Since it is clear that no one in the executive branch is capable of restraining the regime's worst impulses, it falls to Congress. It is now critical that you take action, not merely make speeches. You must FULLY reclaim the Constitutionally granted powers of war and the purse from the executive. Congressional oversight is clearly entirely toothless; nothing short of impeachment or a wholesale realignment of power will possibly preserve our government and the world order.
