Congress should NOT be off on vacation while our president is unhinged and threatening to crimes against humanity in his war/not war while the VP is out of the country stumping for a dictator and the country is is a partial shut down! The wheels are off the bus and no one is in control. We elected you to legislate and lead Go do that.
