Support the Massie-Khanna amendment to strip Section 219 from the FY2027 NDAA. This provision would embed Israeli technology and companies directly into U.S. military research, acquisition, and supply chains — something Rep. Massie rightly calls an "unprecedented escalation of foreign involvement." That goes far beyond any existing allied partnership, including Five Eyes, and it threatens U.S. sovereignty over our own defense systems.
The House Rules Committee already blocked a floor vote on this amendment on June 29, which means Section 219 could pass without a single recorded vote on whether Americans want this level of integration. House leaders must bring a new procedural resolution before the NDAA can advance, and that is the moment to allow this amendment a fair vote. Even Rep. Adam Smith, who initially backed the provision, reversed course after hearing from constituents. Follow that lead. Let the amendment come to the floor and vote yes on removing Section 219.
