QUIT protecting your job!!! We know and understand that Every. Single. Legislative. Vote is made, not with the best interest of constituents and all Americans, but with the ultimate goal of keeping your job! I know! I get it! You want to be reelected! We get that every vote is driven by your desire to keep your job! That’s why abortion is still an election issue, every election cycle! That’s why immigration is an issue every election cycle. There are solutions out there! I understand that voting for the solutions may cost you your job. I’ll remember you more for voting for solutions rather than because you managed to stay in office for xxx number of years! I AM your constituent! No matter what area you represent, I AM your constituent! You took an oath to do what is best for ALL Americans (not just your paycheck)! As your constituent, I say to you…. Quit hiding behind your political drive to keep your job! If things keep going as they are, there will be no position for you to hold. Your position, it appears, could be as easily eliminated as all the others have been! It’s time to stand up and DO Something! There are lots of great suggestions in this post! I am your constituent! I have ideas! You are the elected expert! Where are your ideas? Make them happen! That’s what leaders do! Please! For your sake… for my sake… for the sake of ALL Americans, DO Something! DO YOUR JOB!!!!
