Why should any government officials be allowed to operate above the law? What will happen to Kristi Noem for openly defying the judicial branch? How can the American people trust our institutions if leaders are allowed to disregard them without accountability? This is not a partisan issue—it is about the rule of law. It is about ensuring that every public official, regardless of position or political affiliation, is held to the same legal standard as the people they serve. When court orders are ignored, society begins to unravel. When leaders dismiss the authority of the courts, democracy weakens. YOU must act. I am requesting a full investigation into Kristi Noem’s actions, clear accountability measures, and a firm public statement affirming that no official is above the law in the United States of America.
