This legislature's obsession with the trans community and further marginalizing them is frankly weird. I'm not sure what purpose it actually serves to help Kansas and our community to ban people from restrooms with really no way to actually enforce that other than everyday citizens picking on other people solely based on their looks. I'm not sure how forcing a bunch of people to obtain new identification serves Kansas or its communities. I would think that your time in the Kansas legislature could be better spent actually doing things to help. Kansas. To help small businesses in Kansas, to help farmers in Kansas, to help schools in Kansas. It seems to me that this legislature needs to reevaluate what is actually their purpose.
