The DHS spending bill MUST prohibit ICE and Border Patrol agents from carrying guns and it MUST unambiguously declare that agents do not have absolute immunity under the law if they harm civilians. ICE and Border Patrol have been ravaging this country on what is clearly a political bias toward blue states and neighborhoods. They are nothing short of the Gestapo. We can do better. There is no need for these mass scale anti-immigration raids. It is getting innocent people killed and detained without legal representation. We MUST do better. This is America, and this administration has turned it into a 3rd world country overnight. We DEMAND that they no longer use guns and be held accountable for their actions.
