None of the Supreme Court's decisions line up with the law or The Constitution. TPS is a clear law, but instead of interpreting the law, they are giving the President power over it. Their writing contains basic lies and confusion about history. They actively sit on cases where they have interest before the court. Such as Clarence Thomas ruling in favor of his employer of many years. Monsanto. I am a lay person and I see the corruption, blatant racism, and grift. The Constitution, history, and laws have no bearing on these decisions. They are a totally sham. We have allowed these grifters to fake their way to the highest positions. We need to remove corrupt justices from the Court. We need binding ethics rules, and to see them enforced. And we need to pack the courts so that 6 bad apples can never again spoil the bunch. What good does it serve society to deport 350k law abiding, contributing members of our communities? What good does it serve society that a company can knowingly poison everyone in it to turn a profit? Well it does not serve society at all, it serves the corrupt interests of 6 people. Reform the sham court!
