Ice has only been around 23 years. Its mission is unclear. I should be abolished, not negotiated with and they definitely should never get a dime more. As my representative, I demand that you fight to abolish ice vs negotiating to give them more money in exchange for things like showing their face or body cams. They are way way past the point of negotiation and their mission was never quite clear. ABOLISH ICE!
