Vote NO on the SAVE America Act!

To: Sen. Duckworth, Sen. Durbin

From: A verified voter in Batavia, IL

February 15

I’m very upset that the House passed the SAVE America Act yesterday. This is a viciously anti-democratic bill that will suppress votes from both parties—especially those of people of color and married women. It us a solution to a non-existent problem as extensive research has reveals that VOTER fraud is very rare. Even the conservative Heritage Foundation, which maintains an online database of election fraud cases in the United States, reported that over the past 20 years, voter fraud accounted for 0.00006 percent of total votes cast. President Trump's commission studying voter fraud during his first term came to the conclusion that voter fraud is so rare as to be inconsequential. The Brennan Center’s seminal report on this issue, The Truth About Voter Fraud, reviewed elections that had been meticulously studied for voter fraud, and found incident rates between 0.0003 percent and 0.0025 percent The Senator must vote no on this voter supression bill! Thank you.
