Shock gloves? Ice is horrific enough...poorly trained agents refusing to use body cameras, using poor or no judgment, using excessive and unnecessary force...and now, like bullies with a new weapon, they will have a field day torturing their victims with these gloves. Congress must stop this complete insanity. This is not the America we want.
