The actions of your colleagues in the Senate are cowardly. Over the last couple of months, Dems have held the line and stood up for the American people against this fascist regime and I have been feeling hope for the first time in a very long time. Last week democrats won big all over the country, there is no reason to roll over and acquiesce to their demands. Progressive politics are popular with the majority of Americans and dems showing courage to stand up for what it right and to stand up to the bullies on the right is how we make sure there is another blue wave in 2026 for the mid terms. We cannot capitulate to evil men who would rip our democracy away from us. “If you say nothing when someone tells you that Adolf Hitler was cool, you are a coward and complicit in evil,” and the same standard applies here. Please insist that the house of representatives reject this ploy at being reasonable. These are unreasonable times and they call for unreasonable action. “These are the times that try men’s souls.
