Investigate Elon Musk's DOGE Data Access and Starlink Ukraine Throttling

Investigate Elon Musk's conduct during his time running DOGE, his Starlink decisions in Ukraine, and his sprawling conflicts of interest across federal contracts. The Ways and Means Committee has been using the phrase "data theft" since January to describe what DOGE did with Social Security, IRS, and Treasury data. No meaningful oversight. No clearances worth the name. No accounting of where that data went. The Wall Street Journal reported that Musk ordered a slowdown in the Starlink service Ukrainian forces depend on to defend against Russian drones. Ukraine confirmed its access was restricted. A private citizen with Pentagon contracts throttling a wartime ally's communications is exactly the kind of conduct Congress exists to scrutinize. SpaceX, Tesla, and xAI all hold federal contracts while the same man was inside the building deciding which agencies lived and died. The SEC already has him on record over the Twitter stock disclosure. When Musk was asked about congressional scrutiny, his response was "I'll come for you." That is not the answer of someone with nothing to hide. Convene the hearings. Issue the subpoenas. The data he took is not irrelevant. The Ukrainians who lost signal while Russian drones came in are not irrelevant. Do the job.
