As your constituent, I’m asking you to stand strong on the ACA subsidies. Please encourage your colleagues to do likewise. Republicans cannot even be trusted to abide by signed laws, let alone mere promises to negotiate later. I can help feed my neighbors but I cannot do surgeries for them or help them access necessary medications. The only way to defeat a bully is to stand up to him. Backing down only tells them their starvation tactic works. Right now Republicans are in a lose-lose situation: I do not want to see Dems under Schumer to once again snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. HOLD THE LINE!
