Is the 20% reduction in flag officers/generals just cover for ideological purge? What does it say that the DOD leadership, SecDef, and POTUS have such open contempt for commissioned officers who have served their entire careers? Why would it ever be a good idea to reduce experienced leadership in the military while starting wars all over the globe? Where is all the money going after all these cuts and purges?
