Kentuckians deserve competent representation in the Senate. It has been more than three weeks since Kentucky senator Mitch McConnell was found at his home unconscious, in cardiac arrest, and requiring advanced life saving measures. The survival rate for a man in his 80’s found in this condition that received CPR is less than 5%. Leader Thune and others have been lying to the general public. It is extremely unlikely that Mitch, if alive, is conscious and making/taking phone calls as Scott Jennings and John Thune have falsely claimed. The general public is very aware that Mitch is most likely brain dead and on life support, if not already deceased. We demand public transparency now. Kentuckians are entitled to competent representation. If Mitch is conscious and able to function as Leader Thune claims, you must demand his immediate resignation. It is elder abuse to continue forcing a man in this condition to serve as a US Senator. If Mitch is not conscious and able to resign, then transparency on his condition is required. Mitch will not be regaining consciousness or the ability to serve as a senator and the public needs to be informed of this reality. All US citizens deserve and demand truth and transparency on this situation. Share Mitch’s true condition with the public and/or demand his immediate resignation. He is no longer fit to serve and cannot be made competent to serve again.
