I’m writing to express my anger about DHS actions that harm children. Among many examples, DHS agents tackled Minnesota students on school grounds and detained a family in Oregon outside of a health center where they sought medical treatment for their sick seven-year-old. To keep children safe, I urge you to immediately ban DHS operations near sensitive areas like schools and health centers, prevent traumatic family separations, and ultimately abolish ICE. Thank you.
