The tragedy in Minnesota this week has left Americans devastated and afraid. Our country’s children need protection from gun violence. Mass shootings are PREVENTABLE, and we cannot allow any more lives to be senselessly taken. Please take action for common-sense gun reform by supporting or introducing new legislation to ban assault weapons in the United States. As a mother, I am terrified to send my daughter to school in this current climate. Please listen to your constituents and do the job you were elected to do.
