Innocent American citizens were executed in public! The American people understand that fact. The American people want DHS/ICE held accountable. And Minnesotans want DHS/ICE out of Minnesota. They are making the state more dangerous and terrorizing people.  Now is the time for you to act boldly and courageously! If not, you do not deserve to be our representatives. The time for half-measures and accommodation has passed. We must act with boldness and courage to honor the memories of Alex Pretti and Renee Good. These "reforms" are not reforms, they are the bare minimum of what DHS/ICE should already being doing! All other police adhere to these minimum standards and practices. No warrantless arrests? Isn't that already in our constitution and laws? And these reforms will do nothing to curb the outrageous abuses by DHS/ICE. So NOT one penny more for ICE! And we must have the following actions: 1. Drastically cut the obscene increase in ICE’s budget. 2. Every ICE officer who skipped the security clearances and received the shortened 47-day training should be fired and forced to reapply. 3. Kristi Noem should be fired. 4. The lawyers who drafted a memo saying that ICE could break into homes without a judicial warrant should be fired. 5. Investigations into the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti should be referred to an independent special counsel. The state of Minnesota should be given complete access to all evidence relating to the killings. 6. DHS/ICE needs to be banned from detaining children or putting children in harms way by leaving them unsupervised. 7. Detention centers must treat detainees humanely, provide them with the right to legal counsel and due process, and be subject to congressional oversight. No more Alligator Alcatrazes!  >> It is also incredibly important that we have a means of redress when DHS/ICE violates the law and our constitutional rights. That means no masks, agent identification, and means of filing violations and receiving compensation for broken phones, car windows, hospital bills, and lost work. . .  Minnesotans would be very happy to have you shut it down! They are living under an occupation and crying out for our help. Thank you,
