I’m deeply ashamed of Bennett and Hickenlooper on their recent votes on NDAA that will further strip the rights of trans Coloradans. While your argument is likely to make better protections of Americans from the military weaponization, it’s a disgrace you’ve done so on the well-being and backs of some of our most marginalized. This was a last straw, and you’ve lost many Colorado votes for Senate and the upcoming Governor race. This behavior speaks to the need for fresh courage, of which yours has been depleted. I am copying my House Rep. and encourage her to fight harder when this hits your chamber.
