Please adopt a permanent time zone. BC Canada has enacted a new permanent time zone, and we should follow suit. Please see LastFallBack.Org for more details and justifications. This should be put forward in the next legislative session. It sounds extreme, but this will save lives caused by bi-annual drowsiness caused by the outdated time change. Washington should be a leader in this time standardization.
