I see that Washington is one of the states slated to be a trial for inserting AI in the Medicare approval process. This is outrageous! AI is famously erratic and must not be used in making approval decisions for care. Demand that Medicare and Medicaid funding be restored in the budget. Republicans are causing the funding problems and handing private companies profits to “fix” those problems. Do not agree to any budget until they fix the problems they caused.
