I am calling upon you today to do everything in your power to support and pass the "Judicial Modernization and Transparency Act" introduced by U.S. Senator Ron Wyden. America desperately needs court reform if we are going to effectively combat fascism, and it's become clear over the last several years that the Supreme Court is a hotbed of illegal, unethical bribery. We only have the current conservative makeup of the Court due to Republican interference, and any fascist PAC with enough money can wine and dine a Supreme Court justice into ruling in their favor. We need abortion rights restored, federal-level voting access laws, and strong environmental regulations. These are popular principles with the American people, and all of them have been destroyed or undermined by the Supreme Court. America needs court reform, and it has to come from the Democrats. Support the Judicial Modernization and Transparency Act. America needs it.
