WE THOUGHT WE'D SEEN THE WORST!

Representatives grilling Todd Blanche over the so-called 'slush fund' are wrong. In questioning who will be able to apply for compensation, they sidestep the question of whether this fund has any legitimacy. It doesn't. From where this case started, there is no legitimacy to a settlement without judicial oversight. Without oversight, this is all self-dealing as was the original case. There is no adversary and no reason for a settlement. The board to be established is at the will of Trump. He controls all aspects of the who, what and when of compensation. It is stipulated that there will be no transparency or public accountability as to who or how much individuals may receive. Furthermore, a last minute addendum states that "the government is 'forever barred' and 'precluded' from examining the tax returns of Trump, his family, company and 'related companies'. This is pure self-dealing and corruption. Get the judge involved now. Both Trump and Todd Blanche know that this settlement will not stand judicial scrutiny. Where is the legitimacy here and why isn't it being questioned FIRST? I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
