DOGE is violating the following statutes: • Title 18 United States Code § 1752 — knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining inside government premises without prior authorization, plus knowingly and with intent, impeding or disrupting the orderly conduct of Government business • Title 18 U.S.C § 2071 — unauthorized access of, handling of, concealment of, removal of, or mutilation of government records • The Privacy Act of 1974 — no authorizations to access government databases • The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act — no authorization to access government computer systems Time to do everything you can to stop them and hold them accountable!
