I'm writing again today to ask that you support the Supreme Court Ethics Recusal and Transparency Act, AKA the SCERT Act. Ever since the president's statement regarding the Federalist Society's nominations for the Supreme Court, their recent judgements and deference to MAGA should be heavily scrutinized and punished. The six Justices supported by the Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society cannot be trusted to remain impartial when it comes to cases that go against their religious beliefs. They must be removed and this bill should be made into law to prevent this from occurring again. Support and vote for the SCERT Act.
