I am writing regarding two important matters. The first is that President Biden cannot should not be the nominee for the upcoming presidential election. I encourage you to counsel him to pass the baton to the next generation of Democratic leadership. The stakes are simply too high for him to be our nominee if he cannot function under the stresses of the job for the next four years. The second pressing matter is the Roberts Court. It is extremely depressing to watch an ethically compromised Republican court dismantle our Republic. From robbing women of their bodily autonomy, to bump stocks, to asserting that an elected president is above accountability, this absurdity and hubris must stop! Democrats must not sit on their hands while this unfolds. It’s time to stack the court and impose an enforceable code of ethics on the Supreme Court.
