Its long past time we ended the practice and legality of "qualified immunity." Gangs of ruthless armed thugs, paid for by the government, are roaming the country. They are terrorizing people, abducting, injuring, and even killing them. There is no world in which this is acceptable. The same goes federal, state, and local law "enforcement". The practice has been used and abused to let ruthless murders not only kill civilians in this country, but get paid for it and even rewarded. If the system needs this carte blanche for terrorism to exist, then the system is irreparable and must be completely dismantled. It really isn't that wild of a concept. Murder is *bad*. Kidnapping is *bad*. People who support these policies are *bad*.
