I’m asking you to co-sponsor and pass H.R. 3544, the Supreme Court TERM Act of 2025. Introducing term limits for Supreme Court justices is supported by three-quarters of American voters, including majorities across party lines. Regularly scheduled judicial appointments would limit the influence of presidential administrations on the political makeup of the nation’s highest court, which should be above partisanship.
