Oppose any federal actions that disrupt our elections.

As a Georgia elected official, it is so important to uphold our state's constitutional authority in managing elections. The recent FBI search of Fulton County election facilities, years after the 2020 election was certified, audited, and upheld, raises concerns about federal overreach. Georgia's election results, validated through recounts, audits, and court decisions, showed no evidence of fraud. Resettling elections that have been resolved erodes public confidence and challenges state sovereignty. It is essential for leaders to stand firm in defending the credibility of our elections and resist federal interference in local election processes. Please publicly support the legitimacy of Georgia's 2020 election results and oppose any federal actions that disrupt state and local election administration.
