I firmly believe DOGE's efforts to cut waste and increase efficiency in the federal government must follow constitutional principles and established legal processes. Any proposed reforms or reorganizations should go through the proper legislative channels, with thorough review by Congress and input from the public. It is crucial that DOGE's findings and recommendations are transparently presented to Congress, allowing for democratic oversight and debate. While rooting out fraud and misuse of taxpayer funds is a laudable goal, it cannot come at the expense of core democratic values and the system of checks and balances. I urge a measured, lawful approach that upholds America's founding principles of limited government power and protection of individual rights. DOGE should work hand-in-hand with Congress to enact reforms that truly serve the interests of the American people.
