I am writing as a constituent to state, plainly and without ambiguity, that the current administration has crossed a moral and constitutional line that cannot be minimized, spun, or ignored. This is no longer a red issue or a blue issue. It is an issue of law, morality, and fidelity to the Constitution you swore an oath to uphold. When an administration repeatedly violates constitutional limits, undermines the rule of law, disregards lawful oversight, and places loyalty to power above loyalty to country, it meets the definition of a constitutional crisis. When those actions are willful, coordinated, and persistent, they meet the threshold for treasonous conduct under our system of government and demand prosecution through lawful means. No administration, no cabinet member, and no executive official is above the Constitution. The normalization of abuses of power, obstruction, and open contempt for democratic safeguards represents a grave danger to the Republic itself. Silence or half-measures in this moment are not neutrality—they are complicity. I am demanding the following: • Immediate and full accountability through impeachment, investigation, and prosecution where warranted • Removal of cabinet members and officials who have participated in or enabled constitutional violations • A clear, public recommitment by Congress to the rule of law over party loyalty • An unequivocal rejection of executive overreach and abuses of power History will not ask whether this moment was politically convenient. It will ask whether those entrusted with power chose courage over calculation. This is a turning point. Democracies do not collapse all at once—they erode when those charged with defending them decide that the cost of action is too high. I expect my representatives to choose the Constitution, the law, and moral clarity over silence. I will be watching your actions closely. Words are no longer sufficient. Respectfully,
