Protect Americans From Russian Psychological Warfare Online

The recent collapse of Yandex's bot network — down to just 0.4% of normal traffic after Ukraine struck its data centers — is a stark reminder of how much foreign-generated noise pollutes our information environment. This isn't abstract. Russian bot infrastructure was running at scale, and it took physical destruction of data centers in Sasovo and Kaluga to stop it. What are you doing to stop it from here? Cloudflare's own data confirmed the dramatic drop in automated traffic from Yandex's network the moment those servers went offline. That means the division and outrage Americans experience online has a measurable foreign source. We shouldn't need a foreign military to clean up our digital commons. Congress has the authority to mandate platform transparency, require bot detection disclosures, and sanction the infrastructure enabling this psychological warfare against American citizens. I want to know your specific plan to counter foreign influence operations targeting Americans. Legislation, sanctions, platform accountability — pick one and move on it. The evidence is right there in the data.
